Monster Redo

So I'm working on getting my imaginary monster right.  Obviously inspired by my real life pet monster.  He's the best.

What are you lookin at? Haven't ya ever seen a guy in a suit in the woods with his imaginary monster before?

I had Alyssia take some pictures of me in the woods by our house for a future project I'm gonna be working on.  I hurried and did a quick rendition of it to figure out how it's gonna work.  This is what I wish my lunch breaks were like.

Holy Crap.

So, Fall classes have just started and I'm taking a figure drawing class from this guy, Don Seegmiller.  Little did I know that I was studying at the feet of a master.  This guy is an Illustration legend for his digital paintings.  I'm so freakin stoked!!  Check out more of his stuff at his website, http://www.seegmillerart.com/index.html

Painting in Progress

I am finally working on a painting of this scene I drew on one of my desks in high school. It's turning out to be quite a big project, but I think it will be good when it's completed.
